The Herald said: "While we have our disagreements with all four, one candidate has demonstrated an admirable independent streak while serving in the House ... Brownsberger has not been afraid to challenge legislative leaders and their habit of conducting the people’s business behind closed doors."

Our campaign headquarters are at 495 Trapelo Road in Belmont.

The office is open Sunday-Thursday from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m., and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Residents of all neighborhoods in the 2nd Suffolk & Middlesex district are encouraged to stop by at any time.

Please stop by for a lawn sign, to make some phone calls or to simply show your support!

"State Representative Will Brownsberger, a candidate for State Senate in the 2nd Suffolk & Middlesex district, announced today that he has more than $40,000 cash on hand after a robust start to his campaign. Brownsberger also announced that the Belmont Democratic Town Committee and the Cambridge Ward 11 Democrats voted to endorse him this week. Read more »

In the spirit of transparency which I believe is the foundation of trust in government, I wanted to report to you about a hacking incident affecting my websites (among many others at my web hosting company, InMotion Hosting). The hacker defaced the sites that he accessed by replacing their home pages with a page announcing that the sites had been hacked. Read more »

It's true. I'm running for the State Senate seat that Senator Tolman has said he will be stepping down from after many years of service. He expects to become President of the AFL-CIO of Massachusetts in October.
